Well Tugumafu & Sean, much as I totaly agree with you, I am that fed up with the flipping thing I just want rid now. I may just ring them and ask for trading name just for the fear factor and maybe cause them a few sleepless nights!!! Don't see why I should be the only one with bags under my eyes.
