Anyone know what the abs plastic wings are like,
As I need a pair of new ones for my ninety
They are half the price of Ali wings
I once had a freelander and it had plastic wings and you really couldn't tell the difference
Any thoughts

There was a previous post about these some time back.
So a wing will dent,plastic don’t
(had plastic wings & bonnet on a RRC)

Had some similar to go on my series 2a. They were very good, but i did not fit in the end as they would have made it too good . Did not suit patina of the rest of it. So I cant advise on longevity etc.
But would have no qualms about fitting to a decent vehicle.

Thats good news as I'm in the process of restoring my V8 ninety
I do want it to look good
I don't suppose that I will be going off road that much
But it's there if I need it

Noticed there is no intake( don’t think you had 1 anyway) but no also no indicator hole.

have you got the early 90/110/RRC long indicators?

another thought what about paint? Do you need special etch?

Yeah it's a 85 model
I dont think that you need to use a primer on abs plastic
Just abraded before it's painted
I think I'm going to go with them
As I haven't heard any horror stories

They look like a great idea. lf they fit, then l can't see any downsides.
