Are these still available? Not sure what the part number or proper term is but need a new one for the driver's door. Can always go for the tape and bin bag option in the short term....
I doubt as the cards are not available now, but a bin bag use the thicker rubble bag and it's job done long term
Moisture membrane is what it's called I believe.
It was called a door shedder in production, I doubt very much you will get a new one.
Use the method Discool described above, its mainly to stop wind noise tho.
Thanks for that- rubble bag sounds good. I have a large leak coming through under the door card and have removed the sound proofing (aka large sponge) to dry it. No point in putting it back until door is leak free!
You could ask a concreter for some of the heavy plastic they use under concrete here in Australia it is known as Viscreen but that is probably a trade name. However it is much tougher than garbage bag stuff.
Also comes from hardware stores.
