Plastic guttering on the roof, can they be removed? I am going to spray the roof this week if its cool enough, it will make life easier and a lot neater job
 
They just pull off. Careful not to snap the clips though! Pretty brittle by now.

Pull firmly directly upwards with one of those trim removal tools is probably best.

I have just had a dam good look at the gutters or roof rack (what ever it is) and it looks well dodgy taking them off, they been there since 1997 and seems like its not a great idea trying to take them off (and considering the price to replace them) so they are staying on and I will just mask them and make sure I get a nice clean job with them on

You don't fancy the 4 inch with down spouts to a water tank to water your flowers then? :)
