Hi does anybody know the proper name of the square plastic plugs that push into the floor panels that you then screw into?

Item 3 and 4 I replaced with stainless steel fixings. The heads of the standard steel ones turn to crumbly biscuit making them hard to remove in the future. Also stainless steel nuts and bolts holding the floor plates to the sills means you can get everything off in a jiffy.
 
Bearmach do a set of stainless screw and what are called "floor fixing locknut inserts":confused:[ the plastic squares you are looking for ]

That’s very kind but unless you’re getting on a plane to Mallorca in the next few days probably better not.
