hi guys,
i need to fit a new waterpump to my 94 200tdi defender.
the agents charge an arm and leg for one,
i can get a pirate part that is imported from the uk at exactly a 3rd the price of a rover pump.

since u guys are based in the uk, are they any good?
or would i be wasting my money?

the salesman said(like any other would say) that the pumps are just s good a quality as the original brnded part.

could you please give me some guidance.. i didnt ask the name of the part though.

Really need to know who it's made by.
Britpart stuff aint good, but there's plenty of other pattern parts makers that are OK.

there wur a spate of **** parts from ****part on here a few months back. I know of one member what got his money back but only fer the goods and not the time and hassle involved. The MD of ****parts was invited to join the forum to answer questions about sub standard parts from his company and he declined.

eish, this seems the only option i have, guys over here say thay are happy with the britpart(sh1tpart) gonna cost me a fortune jus getting it fitted, the prev mechanic broke the one stud off into the engine block.. and now the mackie is going to have to strip all the covers and stuff off to replace the broken stud.
gonna cost me an arm and leg on labour, will have to get up to speed on repairing this vehicle myself in future,
i have all the tools, jus need the know how ;-)

thats their problem if they broke the stud, not yours

hehe the only problem is to prove it was them.. the people over here are full of bullsh1t stories.

but ja, getting it fixed now, thereafter i will work on it myself ;-)
rather trust ur own hands, they never lie.
