2-3cm end float is immense...most tolerances are in the fractions of mm or inches...

End float is how much the shaft moves along is rotation axis...
 
So to be sure..when I take off the propshaft from transfer box and with N gearbox position try to move propshaft connected to the axle(front for instance) around using hand ,"loose" move shoudn't be bigger then some mm, correct?

There is usually a bit of rotational backlash, that's not the same as worn pinion bearings.

There will be rotational play, that does not mean the pinion bearings are worn. Rotational play is more likely backlash in the pinion to crown wheel, planet wheels and drive shaft splines. You are looking for any play up and down or in and out. There should not be any at all.

I checked today "playing" and
1)no up-down loose ,tight as h*l
2)in-out hard to say...when I use force with my hands to move propshaft front and back there is 2cm gap however it feels like some rubber is stretching (from both side is rubber seal or smth like that) no metalic noise or plays or clicks etc
