Most people had gone through the other way leaving "submerged ruts". I drove in and the axle grounded leaving the front wheels suspended. I was towed out and within ten minutes the big ends had gone. :eek::eek:
 
Norfolk, not 'stuck' as such ... cross-axled ... ;)

Getting pulled out on the Yorkshire Dales .. ruts were deep, with no real base to them and both diffs caught up on the centre raised bits .. ;)

i dont want my series to stay as an abomination for ever when i get my others sorted i might sort her out but for the minute that flat back is bluddy useful

Can remember when he did it (wasn't there, on the forum I mean) but not the discussion/****-take .. think it was just a small moment of inattention, nothing stupid and not being silly, just unfortunate ... ;)
