Hi - new to this forum (and first RR) so go easy

I'm in the early stage of range rover ownership i.e. love it and keep buying bits for it to make it even better :) I've done the MKIV DVD Nav upgrade and have 2010 maps with speed cams etc working nicely. I'm now getting to grips with replacing the ancient standard armrest phone with a cradle for the iPhone and eventually (when a BMW ULF comes along) will retrofit the integrated bluetooth.

So far I have the BMW snap-in cradle for the iPhone (going well so far)....when I then looked at the car I found the rather old Siemens phone cradle is not a straight swap....(not going so well after all) - after much searching I think I need a BMW 'eject box' into which the snap-in fits and which itself replaces the siemens block.

Has anyone done this - if so can they confirm what parts I need to get hold of as I've run out of ideas.

Car is 2003 RR Vogue 4.4V8

Thanks
Simon

Hi,

You say the 2010 maps have speed cams; I've got the 2010 DVD but can't find the speed cams on there ?

depends where you got the disc from :) I have one with speed cams (with voice prompt) and (somewhere I've not found yet) the ability to enter 7 digit postcodes (think they are a POI for the nav).

The postcode is straightforward right at the beginning of the "destination entry" phase.
So where did you get the DVD from ??? (pm me if you want).
Thanks

Thanks for the tip.
I'm currently using my LR DVD in my wife's Saab after I discovered they share the same software but I wasn't aware the BMW DVD would fit as well!

As far as the postcode is concerned: there might be a difference because mine's a 2007 (post-facelift) car. It has the full 7digit postcode entry.

Thanks again.

No problem - I think I have found the 7 digit entry after all.

For those that are interested in the original thread about fitting an iphone cradle to charge (does not complete the BT integration) the phone I have a kit of BMW parts I am going to use.

Will let you know how it goes :)

(Anyone know where I can get a cheap gen 13 BMW ULF module to finish the Bluetooth integration into the Range rover they seem to be as rare as rocking horse poo)..

I am new to this site. I have recently got an L322 Supercharged Vogue SE (2006). and I am trying to get it back to the original state. got at an Police auction, not serviced for 4 years now done at a cost. New plugs/air filter/MAF sensor/Battery/Supercharger pump. running ok ish...
Now looking for the following bits : rear parcel shelf (Black), original phone and cradle , strangely it came with its venture cam.
