Had one fitted on the Defender 300tdi, understand the ip needs adjusting - how and why can someone tell me a bit more about this please? ta

she means the Injection Pump. you need to have it adjusted by a diesel specialist to increase the diesel flow. its no good trying to do it yourself as too much will knacker your engine and too little wont make any difference

Hi there only my second post so I'll make it a quick one.
Found this http://www.orrp.com/smf/index.php?topic=4722.0 topic on another forum. I have sucessfuly tweeked my 200tdi with the only adjustment being a 20deg CW turn of the diagphram. Passed the MOT the other day aswell so good luck and get tweeking.
