Hi Guys
looking for a bit of info if poss.
does anyone know anything about Pennine Autos in bradford, considering buying from them, googled them but just seen the same 2 poorish comments about em and yet theres a comment on this forum praising them. just looking for any info pos or neg as some reassurance not knowing either them or the area.

If you search the forum you will find very little about them though much has been posted.

Sometimes threads have to be removed for a variety of reasons, serious threats of legal action being one.

There may or may not be a connection.......allegedly.

This is what I've found searching not only forums but just can't seem to find much. I can see where you're coming from with posts etc it's really put me in a position as it appeared to be a really nice motor

Imo some companies actively search out criticism and threaten and/or carry out legal action that is not easy to deal with esp free forums that are run on a shoestring.

Often such companies have a lot of complaints made against them and plenty of experience in legal disputes with customers.

If you can't find much said about a company it might be wise to wonder why.....

Badly repaired, botching ....
Im not defending them , but that's a pretty harsh bit of reporting right there.
Most car dealers will quite happily sell you a lemon, in fact I'd say every car dealer or repair centre in the country has a skeleton or two in their closet.
They will buy cars from auctions to sell on for profit, cars going to auction will be going to auction for a reason, I would never ever buy from a dealer.

There's always going to be a few disputes when buying and selling motors is concerned but some dealers work hard to get a deserved reputation......good or bad

Yes they do , but they are still dealers and they will still sell you a lemon if they thought they could get away with it. Its their job.
