After a pattern 1907 bayonet. Trying to complete the full kit set up for my lanchester mk2

Come on... some of you guys must have stock piled for weapons planning for the apocalypse

Depends whether you're after any 1907 bayonet or a (much rarer) naval one to better match the Lanchester.
And with or without the early quillon guard.
Arms & Militaria fairs or auctions are going to be your best bet.

Not bothered about the guard. Yeh you're right just not many up my way

My wife paid over £250 for a bayonet for my No5, I wouldn't have done so but she thought it would be niceo_O

Sykes fighting knife? Original?
I don't collect bayonets and knives myself as I don't expect rabbits foxes and crows to get close enough to need them;)
I also just realised just how weird it is to have a WW1 long bayonet mounted to a sub machine gun, that must be a bit of an odd looking combination? I assume its a deact you have?

The fairbairn Sykes was more a commando issue. Soe stuff was unmarked and more specialist

It was what it was meant to have. Just want it for completion

I know, just thought it a bit odd for a sub machine gun. I have a carbine that comes with a folding 15" spike bayonet and that is a bit odd as well, although it is Russian;).

This isn't mine as I have never taken pictures of it but this is exactly the same, has an enormous 4ft long muzzle flash as it uses full power 7.62R ammo, it also sounds like a small cannon going off and kicks like a mule. Loads of fun at the range and the unfolded bayonet always gets some folk going.;)

They reckon in the Highlands there are 170,000 legally held firearms, unlike Glasgow or Birmingham were there are 170,000 illegally held firearms
Yeah, mostly held by East Europeans I suspect. There doesn't seem to be any good, old fashioned British criminals anymore.

Col

Gang members and drug dealers mostly, the shootings between criminals are regular and only when "civilians" are involved do they really get reported
