Hi need some help please ,when turning on headlights passenger side doesn't come on also the indicator comes on but faint, and it doesn't blink ,but when lights are off indicators work okay ...any ideas please

Sounds like an earth problem to me. As if there's current trying to get through the headlight but not enough to actually illuminate it, and it's creeping back to base through the indicator circuit. I'd be having a look with a meter to see whether there's any resistance between the earth terminal on the headlight bulb fitting and the negative terminal on the battery for starters.

Thanks will do

As everyone says, the most likely culprit is an earth.
To check, remove the headlamp and using a piece of wire clamp one end to the engine and turn on the lights.
Connect this wire to the earth terminal on the back of the headlamp .....

The wiring dissapears up under the wing and can be accessed by removing the 'eyebrow' ..
Here's a pic of mine befire I remade everything ... that bunch of black wires is the earth which I think (can't remember) is terminated back up on the bulkhead.
