went to buy a cambelt kit for my l series 1998, price around 140/150. off ebay about 110. Now paddocks and john craddocks want aprox 70 odd pounds by buying the bits seperatly ie cambelt, idler, tensioner and pump belt.now is that all i need and which of the 2 is the best supplier of good parts

both ok I have had bits of both and are fine i can not think of anything else you need

found island 4x4 price seems cheaper than any other, are they any good

A couple of years ago I bought some stuff from Island 4X4 (vcu and rear diff)and they are both still fitted and working.

thanks they are about 20 pounds cheaper on all parts with free postage and they have all the parts, 2 belts, tensioners, idlers 50 pounds plus vat and free delivery, it pays to shop online. a lot cheaper than buying a kit and you get the same parts.
