Forgot to ask......does this place have a burger van or the like?
What sort of time are people arriving?

Yes a great burger van actually.

Winter start time is 9.30 but check the website for updates/changes.

I normally arrive half hour early!

Great stuff....there's the excuse to spend the first hour eating burgers n bacon butties before anyone starts on the course!.:D
Well...I'm definately committed to go, I have even been out today checking around the blue one for its trip out this sunday.:5bwilly_nilly:

if you havent been to parkwood before you will be very impressed, no doubt about it.

cheers :)

defo, couldnt agree more, its my favourite..just debating weather to go ,or wait until feb,and put the dosh toward new timing belt (dont know when last changed and had the 200 tdi landy a year now ,mite be pushing my luck)also need wading kit on axles and timing cover,so thats another 200 ish in total...

you can nake up the bits for about 25 quid mate

need 15 metres 6mm nylon hose off ebay and 1/8" bsp 6mm push fit connectors, off 'parkindustrial' on ebay, about a quid each

not worth buying a wading kit, i did, and then changed loads of it anyway to improve things.

cheers

Man I miss tong! Used to help set up there years ago with cluboffroad, the best offroad site I've been to,shame I live in Wales now or I'd be there in a flash

Axle sucking is NOT good!

Although it does mean your seals are half right! :D

Fortunately got it sorted today. result:)
set up, fueled up and ready to go in the morning.
My mate in the passenger seat will also probably thank me for emptying the loose spanners, screwdrivers n duct tape that ended up rattling around the cockpit area banging around his feet on the 'lumpy' sections last outing at Cowm:doh:

Right Joe, hope you have a good one mate. Watch out for bashing the roof in on trees, and look forward to getting very stuck in deep bogs.

There's one black section right at the far end of the site, two short runs next to each other. The near one is impassible, don't bother cos you'll be stuck for an hour and simply wasting time, and the far one is a steering basher when you're trying to get out!

Have a good un! :D

Thanks for that, will watch out for that one.
As this'll be my first visit I'm all for finding others to follow and observe what happens to them before attempting anything myself.
Cheers, will post up here how I get on tommorrow

will be going tomorrow but sadly not partaking due to financial constraints (read skint). will be taking my camera and will put a few pics up. what you coming in joe, will look out for you. you can follow my mate round if you want, most of it's do-able with two motors.
