nunny if ya need another pair of oily hands (done plenty of engine swaps in Italian motors...and they're a bitch). Or just some moral support. let us know mate

its an lt77 gearbox £150 in lake district some where
 
yeh,i cant see the ad,was it a defender box or disco box?.bloke in garage let me down wed,and a mechanic that was going to help me if i got my own box is tied up for a month now,as his missis is going into hospital,so rightly she has to be no 1 priority,cant see me making the next parkwood..going to make a phone call to see if i can get it into a unit in hebden bridge,,to do the work,.its a bit hard for me as my missis has m,e so i have to fit any repair work round how well she is,thats why i was buzzing when garage said they could do it 2nd hand box inc for 220.
 
mines got a short bell housing,,its got disco 200 tdi engine,but the box must be off a defender as it hasnt got the longer disco bell housing,and the gear stick is were they should be, the box is lt77,efi
 
cant ya swop bell houing from yours???

i seen just bell housing for sale on ebay so it must be removeable...
