Morning Landy guys and girls, got some bubbling under a few bits of paintwork , please see pics. Any tips for me to help please. I’m sure it must be regular issue on Landys.

It's galvanic corrosion coming through from behind where the aluminium skin touches the steel frame. You can rub it down, fill and repaint, but it'll still come through again eventually. The only permanent fix is to rebuild the door with some sort of separating layer between the two metals, or buy the newer steel door.
 
Find the paint code for the landy, next you will be scrubbing back the old bubbling up, to be Face with panels rot.
