Just about to order up a new diesel tank from paddocks. They tell me the diesel one is the same as the petrol but can this be right? I’m wondering about the fuel return line which is on a diesel, but not on a petrol. Did anyone buy any of these tanks who can tell me? I don’t want them to send it over here and not be able to use it, would be a expensive steel box..

am pretty sure they are the same these days. you just need to ferk about with bits of hose and yer fuel gauge . i have 3 doosul tanks here that have bin used fer petrol , one being a recently purchased noo tank( not by me)

my series petrol had a doozil tank - the return had just been blanked orf.
