Looks good to me. My only concern is the part that says "control track and playlist from head unit" All my research has led me to understand that these boxes just swap the CD player line level input to that of the iPod...I am not sure the head unit has the ability to display CD text. Might be worth digging a little deeper if your after this kind of function. Keep us posted.
