MY p38 4.6 hse has been useing water out of the header tank. i will drive ok for 5mile and if you stop it will lose 3/4 a tank of water and you see a drip under her after that you fill the tank and shes ok.
would it b a split pipe.

Could be a number of things.The tank cap itself for example.

the water seems to be runing down the back of the engine and is hard to see up the back
