I'm on so many boards that it takes a lot of time to survey all.

Rangerovers.net is my favourite one since it deals with new mods frequently.

We are all bored by newbie's air suspension help post.

Don't listen to em - they're probably just jealous. As long as you keep it away from deep water it'll be fine - remember the air intake is quite low behind the grille. Just keep on top of the servicing.

I've never got stuck offroading in mine (famous last words, perhaps..) and the only breakdown offroad was caused by a defective brand new Arnott Gen 2 rear airbag which cracked across the base plate on the first lane, but I guess that's just the luck of the draw. P38Spares.co.uk replaced it without me even having to send back the old one but it did ruin a days playing on Salisbury plain.

I've got General Grabber AT2s on mine on 18 inch rims and they seem to be perfectly at home on or off road - no tramlining like some of them do. You might be better sticking with the 16s though if you're going to properly off road. Or get 2 sets.

Guy

Awesome advice!! Ill have a look at the grabbers. Yeah I am gonna keep the 16's ive got for now, and maybe see if i can get some white ZU alloys in the future

As the Gen 3's have longer travel, it's reasonable to assume that you would need different shocks with longer travel to match the airbags.
Email Arnotts and ask about the warranty.
Cool, I may also ask them for some advice on what shocks to consider.

Why don't you use the biggest sizes that fit the P38?

235/85
or
265/75
