Have just used my P38 & opened the sunroof to tilt.

the drivers side went up as normal but the passenger side stayed in place - there was a nasty cracking sound & the pass side glass has come away from the mount.
drivers side goes up/opens normally pass side stays put

Sunroof will open fully no probs, but when closing the passenger side doesnt sit flush with the roof & i fear it will now leak plu it still wont tilt on both sides

any ideas??

I have exactly the same problem on mine, this happened about 8 or 9 months ago. It was like it for a few days in the rain, and didnt leak into the cab, just went down the gutters. I took the plastic covers off each side, and managed to lever something toward the front of the Rangey, pushing the sunroof back up to its closed position. Now and again someone presses the sunroof switch opening it, so I do this again to close it.

But the other day in some late night green laning, it was opened, went to close it but must of pressed the switch the wrong way, tilting it up. messed around a bit then the other side went, so both sides were down and would not tilt up to home position. I levered it back up so it's now sealed, but now get 'sunroof not set' and 'sunroof open' messages all the time.

Its been my temporary fix for most of the year. One day I might get round to trying to fix it. (Rave manual does give details on how to take it all apart).
