I had same issue with water getting in, I removed the scuttle under the windscreen removed wiper motor assy, removed both the plastic air intake housings from the bulkhead underneath these is a foam gasket which had deteriorated, after cleaning the areas and components I resembled it all using Tiger Seal in place of the failed gaskets and replaced all the screws with stainless steel, new cabin filters fitted and leaks is sorted. I had a few of the screws holding the plastic housing shear off but the tiger seal being an adhesive sealer has them securely fixed
