Before replacing the condencer and AC pipes, i thought i'd tap and die both, does anyone know the hole size so i can purchase a tap and die to fit.

Hmmm, that's a good question. I can't help with that one but I could suggest trying some bolts or nuts to give you an idea of what your looking at.
M8 m10 and so on.
1.0p, 1.25. 1.50 or 1.75.
Hopefully some bod can chirp a solution for you
