Hi. I live in West Sussex. Have had 2 Range Rovers before and absolutely loved them. Paricularly the Classic. Recently I bought a P38 and I really wish I had not. I am told you get to love them. At this moment in time I very much doubt that i will. I have had so many problems and cannot seem to get them sorted properly. Does anyone own one that does not give them a headache?

welcome on board, mines purfected took 2 years but its purfect so much so iv bought the wife a disco 2 just to keep me busy cos the p38 is working all the time

mines a daily driver with a saggy heading! It's brilliant. You will get to enjoy it. The previous owner wasn't man/women enough. Probably why you ended up buying their problems! Stick with it and welcome to the right place!

MMmmm not sure that I am as confident as you. I had a new battery fitted last Dec and things have been honky dory up until 2 weeks ago. The battery discharged and I am back to square one. It has been in the garage last week and they trickle charged the battery and I picked it up last thurs. Used it Friday and yesterday but today no joy. I am thoroughly fed up with the thing.

Mmmm I have a saggy bit of lining under the sun roof. The vehicle is lovely for the year (2002) Blue with cream leather but what is the point of keeping it if I never get to use it?

Get rid of it immediately.....

Like I should have done 8 years ago, before I got hooked.

Some of it was designed in a lunatic asylum with crayons. I was mesmerised.

It was all designed in a lunatic asylum, by some very clever boffins who on the odd ocassion were allowed a pencil, rubber and slide rule. Dont under estimate the technolegy, its very clever stuff, just a bit old and tired after 20 odd year. Stick with it and read up on all the systems then read it all again. It soon will become the bestist car you have ever owned;)
