Clock guy, I concur with Grrrrrr, great info, along with all others.
With blackpipe off at filter, still no fuel..
So I think all are agreed that tank pump is issue.
My problem here is after standing since January EAS is on bump stops, without engine running I can't pressurise system? Can I.....
So other than jacking rangie up 4' on driveway and laying underneath axle stands I will need to opt for B plan, cutting sunroof in floor under seat.
I will look at threads and see if I can get hold of exact cutting point for next weekend project.
Thanks all.

You could use an emergency inflation kit on the EAS but make sure you use stands still. However, you only need to jack the arse end up and I don't think it needs to be that high. The fuel tank is held in place by a single piece of steel with a few bolts. Getting the fuel out is the biggest pain but you said you only had /4 tank so not so bad.
