looking at prices for a 70 amp battery for a 4.0 ltr RR Se, my local store is quoting £64.59p but anoter company are saying its a special battery fro RR and its possiable to cost over £200. the size thats in at the moment is a 70 amp size 10/5" wide 7.0" depth and 8.0" tall. im thinking of buying the one from my local store.

The battery for the P38, V8's is Type 072.
Obviously there is a lot of leeway regarding extra heavy duty or even fitting the battery designed for the diesel models.
It's a matter of what you can afford, but as above, the standard battery is 072

Hi.
The only special thing in the £200 is the price I think....Do not buy it.
