Hello yalll, Sorry recently come back from LA. Saw a few 38's out there:) .
O.K. back to reality, I just bought some front light guards second hand from egay. I need the drilling template for the wings, also the tapped grommets and one of the long front brackets (or a fitting kit). Can anyone help please ;)

I have the templates for both front and rear. I'll scan them in over the weekend. As for the brackets and the riv-nuts to mount them, dealer only i would think or you could make you own??

Excellent, thank you :) any chance you could put some dimensions on as well just in case actual sizes change between scanning and printing? I work in the engineering trade and i have never heard of riv-nuts! will look them up now though.

Got the riv-nuts from merlin motorsports in castle coombe not far away, so ready to go, gotta make a front bracket as well:)

I just did my rears without brackets and only using "nut serts". My brackets were sticky taped onto the body and were falling off. I decided to do away with the tape junction.

Hiya Ian

Ironic across here (Belgium & germany) the p38`s factory fitted with the "light gaurds" always bring a lower price on re-sale - when i was looking for a p38 a saw a couple where the owners had taken the gaurds off in order to photograph for potential buyers.

PS in the end i didnt buy one with gaurds

best of luck

Hi Abe, :) Its the other way around here so most haven't got them. At least they will help protect from damage like a bird or something like that. better than a new light.Good to hear from across the water :)
