Had a loud buzzing type noise start on the car tonight . Found number 5 spill pipe to be leaking after I changed it the noise was still there but when I sprayed brake cleaner under there the car ran a little lumpy then the noise stopped but returned after about 30 seconds and I repeated this a few times any idea what's around that area that could cause this please thank you

There are edc/overheat sensors, square box is glowplug control, power cables to starter.

What did you spray?

I've got a feeling it could be to do with the fuel leaking into that multi plug as I seemed to be around that area when it was getting lumpy then better and the noise stopped . What parts will I need to replace to pull the inlet off

You didn't spray the #4 injector?
 
Well that's the noise then any idea how much they are new or 2nd hand or much of a job to change . And found the reason the revs where changing with break cleaner theres a clip missing out of the black duct that has inter cooler on it

Injector #4 is easy to change, you need a special spanner to allow for the wires.
Check the connector is ok and the wires are not trapped first.
 
Seems like injector sensor on cylinder 4. Only one has an electrical connection.

Sensor can’t be serviced, that I am aware of, and replacement isn’t particularly cheap. The wires become brittle with age and easy to catch them on inlet manifold so be gentle. You may be lucky and the wiring has snagged, that could be repaired.

Inlet manifold would only need new gaskets, if you have plastic manifold you can sometimes get away without changing but metal inlet has paper gaskets.
You can do it without taking the manifold off but it is hard to get your hands in there.

You need a 27mm window socket to take no4 inj out and watch how the cables twirl
