I noticed my front fog lamps weren't working but the little green light illuminates in the switch when side/headlamps are on. So, I bought new bulbs, fitted them being careful not to touch the glass and tried again.

Still no joy (or light for that matter). Check connections and wiring, all looks good.

Any thoughts? I even checked the manual to see which fuse controls them but there doesn't seem to be a fuse for them and as the BeCm seems to be providing power (little green light in switch is on), I'm stumped.

It's an early V8 btw.

not fog lights driving lights, try putting main beem on and see if they work then.

when i fitted front fogs to mine the plugs were badly corroded had to cut them off, i thought it was because they had been open to water for 10+ years (nothing plugged into them) but could be your problem.

Are you checking you have 12V at the connector by using a multimeter?

Nope, definately fogs.

Not yet, 6" of snow out there and I'm getting soft in me old age!

Thanks for the replies, will keep at it when the weather improves and report back.
