hello need help my 4.0 engine is dead,bottom end gone,do any other range rover engines fit into a 1998 gems 4.0 litre as the 4ltr unit seems to be rare,expensive and not very reliable,and classic engines are readily more available and cheaper by far,can a serpentine engine be a straight swap?.what year /model does a serpentine engine come from?.or alternativley what unit would be best easiest to exchange please help any advice greatlly appreciatted
