Occasionally on a gear change depressing the pedal gives no power until pressed again. Is this the throttle potentiometer and how easy is that to change?

get a diagnostic done first to check but 9 times out of 10 when that happens it the diesel pump, the fault will be something like fuel quantity control. thats indicates the black unit on the side of the pump which is at fault, best get the diagnostic done first though.
