If it was me a would just start from scratch and run through every bit in order methodically, only way to sort it.

I have no idea what has happened here but I'd start with the crank, then the pump, then the cam. If all that is lined up it must be something else.
 
Personally speaking, I agree with Brian.
Just start over again and get the links right for a start and work from there following Wammers tutorial and take it step by step.
All this stuff is so critical to get right.
 
Don't know how he's had the patience to put up with this bloke for this long,what's the point of asking for advice from someone who obviously knows what he's. talking about then arguing every step?
