hi just the other day someone mentioned about a company in manchester that could overhaul the pump,i cannot find the link now,but would like more info,they are bosch approved,and would cost a lot less than a new pump.

Was it pf jones 0161 872 4755 they are bosch agents

they are a good company joneses.renault trucks in manchester use them all the time.

Yes thats the company i mentioned in the other thread, what these chaps cant do isnt worth doing. Ive seen inside there workshop and its huge, got all the machines and your injectors or pump get connected up in sort of a measuring test rig etc and faults are found, spray patterns sorted, nozzles renewed or cleaned.
