Has the ecu gone out of sync becm?
You could try connected a jump cable from the negative to the ecu body and turn key to position 2 see if injector light and glow plug like come on the try and start it?
If so then ECU is faulty.
Sorry if missed anything just that I had same issue and it was my tapping the ecu on the positive of the battery frying it!!
