i have manage to track down a second hand injector pump fpr my 2.5dse.
question is as follows how hard are they to remove and replace for a good diy mechanic? and is there anything that i must really watch out for?

Piece of **** if you have the retaining tool, the crank locking pin and a pump timing kit with a DTI. DO NOT just undo it and pull it out it don't work that way. Read RAVE first.

RAVE is workshop manual. If your going to just do the pump best thing is to borrow them. Or get a garage to fit it for you, about two hours labour. The tools are silly money for a one off job.
