But why do you want the front of a L322 on your P38? Sorry mate I'm not trying to be obtuse but I just can't see the point? If it's your special Sunday car why ruin it by grafting on parts designed for a completely different vehicle?
I know im in the motortrade, remember pay cheap pay twice & as for auctions fellow l322 owners on here will agree you woundnt touch one with a barge-pole unless you gave it a thorough test drive & inspection first cause theres that much c**p out there people are trying to offload because they cant afford the upkeep, so when they hear a creaky susp leg (£300) or gearbox starts having issues(£2000) they simply p/x,trade,auction or sell it on the cheap, afterall you can buy a fully roadworthy p38 with t&t for the same price a a l322 costs to have a recon gearbox:amen::focus:Early ones can be had for 6k. If you think that's cheap, you should see what they go for in the trade and at auctions!
+1just google p38 with l322 upgrades.....you will find a multitude of images showing goggle eyed p38's (i feel sad for them). The l322 lights are just way too big.
I love to see a mint unmolested p38 on the road which is quite a rare thing

Old thread here, guy might still be around though not many posts.
I know there is a site somewhere with a description, as I read it, seemed like a huge amount of cutting was involved.
Why has no one converted an L322 to P38 looks, anyone?

get yourself an L322 then you can upgrade all the way to 2012 with it still looking like a genuine model
Grille looks like a bad fit......sorry
Hey, as long as your happy bud, thats all thats important, P38 is dated, yours now looks newer, in a goggle eyed sort of way, happy modding.Front end almost completed.
