It could be the Latch (Cost £129.99 Genuine from Island 4x4), but if that's the case, more than likely the microswitch inside is either stuck or shot. This would give "Key Code Lockout"-Press Remote.
The Becm is located under the drivers seat.
You need a TX45 socket bit for the seat bolts and ideally a 10mm deep pattern socket for the nuts securing the Becm to the floorpan and also the power cable connection nuts.
You disconnect the negative lead from the battery first and remove the skirt from around the seat base.
