Hi All,

I'm Tony pepper and I recently bought a P38 (1997) 2.5D which recently failed its MOT on ABS.

So now the brake pedal kicks back when pressed whether the ignition is on or not.

Anyone ever heard of this problem? or anybody know any information please?

I was wondering if it could be the ABS modulator but don't know if there's anyway to test them.

Do the brakes operate at all?

The brakes work ok , only for the kick back , they would be ok , but it failed on the MOT ,

hi

welcome to the asylum

could it possibly be a faulty abs sensor or air in the system

have u got the RAVE manual

pop over into the range rover section and someone will help

thanks for getting back to me.

I'll try bleeding the system, and will check the ABS rings.
I've got the RAVE manual now so I'll let you know how I get on.
