Hi Team,
My 1998 P38 4.6 with LPG if left for about 15 - 20 mins seems to not want to start. It feels like fuel starvation and requires me to plant my foot on the accelerator where it will pick up.
Any ideas, its obviously not the LPG as it starts on Petrol before crossing over. It also doesn't do it every time???:frusty:

yeah the lpg is cutting off the petrol and its back flowing to tank!

the lpg and petrol are flowing together for a short time/in air intake causing rich mix.

if you have a switch on the dash for lpg, turn key to position 2, switch it from petrol to lpg to petrol to lpg then start it, it will start straight on gas! only do this if its warm already tho cos you could feck it up.

if the lpg switch is the button type just press and hold for 5 seconds (instead of the frantic switching, same key position tho!) and it should start on gas!!
