Removed the grille and found that the foam was thick with dust and also perished - new air filter foam on order. This seems to be the interior extraction air flow so that should help keep the cabin fresher.
I also fitted a retro vintage Mulberry leather tag to my number 1 key fob.
Not much to do on my P38 really - it just rolls along with everything working fine.

D'oh! Spotted.
Mind you, I am not quite sure why LR designers thought it necessary to filter the outbound air before exhausting it into the atmosphere.
There also seems to be a lightweight flap in there.
All very odd.
The flap is to stop air coming in so a one way valve..

Thank you - the flap makes sense I suppose, but not sure why the outflowing air needs filtering.
Never mind though - I am planning to replace the foam just in case it is required for some obscure reason.
