Hi Guys
I've been off the forum for over a year( nearer 2) as I SORN'd the old lady when she developed a major (leccy) issue. For a variety of reasons I couldn't get time to work on her.I am just about to get back to her but am getting a bit long in the tooth for any serious activity. She had just passed her MOT when I SORN'd her.
ALL my warning lights are showing (inc TC)and my OBDII socket won't talk to my Faultmate MSV-2 Extreme. However, everything appears to be working. She starts first time : suspension goes up & down and I can drive her out of garage into the yard.
I'm thinking of giving her in to an "expert" but would welcome any suggestions before I make what will no doubt be ( yet another !) major investment. Any suggestions are most welcome and I am grateful as always for the expertise on Landyzone

Give the obd port a squirt of electrical contact cleaner and try the plug in and out a few times if still no joy check the pins in the back of the socket for green corrosion.

Thanks guys : common ground there. I'll try that on Saturday.....Friday is fishing day ! It's nice being retired.

There is a 5 amp fuse that powers OBDII socket check that.
Thanks Wammers : I just found that fuse on RAVE this afternoon and hoped it might be the answer....sadly no. I'm just hoping Faultmate can clear the lights when and if I ever solve the OBD prob
