Hi guys thanks for the add I have a p38 2.5 dse in work shop at moment paseed it's mot with flying colours but bringing it back from test it over heated temp gauge up in red and went In Limp mode pulled over waited 10 min put some water in drove back to yard temp gauge back up again checking it out found viscous fan hardly moving replaced fan and while I was there changed rad aswell started it up fan spins as it should but over heates in about 10 min of running but no heat in car guessing its airlocked (2 days of trying pulling my hair out now dam cars)

Is the engine actually hot?

I only ask as I had a dicky temp sender once and it scared the bejesus outta me.

Probably this if it hasn’t been renewed ^^^
Bubbling is either :
1) temperature above boiling point (boiling)
2) a gas is present (bubbling).

Worth checking stat though. Start a thread in RR section - loads in searchbar there about them
