hi what is the best way to separate the high pressure p,a,s flexi pipe from the metal pipe down near the rack , the connection seems to be a snap "0" ring ?

You have to press the rubber cup shaped part up into the flexy pipe collar. It's best to clean out any debris with brake cleaner first.
I use a close fitting spanner behind the rubber collar, then tap it upwards with a light hammer. This normally separates the joint quite effectively.

many thanks, just one problem the cone is missing suppose i will have to make something up ?

How did it become missing?

You can use fuel pipe connection release tools, if you can find the right size.
