Hi, I Have A Range Rover P38 Which Drives Like A Tractor, I Love The Car So I Have Had All Shocks Changed For Original Replacements But The Ride Is Just The Same, Every Bump Shakes The Car To Pieces Can Anyone Suggest How To Get This Problem Sorted, Before I Pull All My Hair Out Which Wont Take Long Lol,

Thanks Clive:

does your eas work? it sounds like its on its bump stops. Any error messages in the message centre?

hiya mate the only time i have ever had this kind of problem was when the compressor relay stuck and jacked the car up to the limit , but it was almost un driveable in that state.
the classic i had before on air for some reason just decided to adjust itself to lower ride hight than normal nothing else whatsoever untoward other than a terrible ride as you say every pot hole shook out my fillings
i took it along to my local specialist who reset it to the original ride height settings and it was perfect again no problems and it never did it again
rick.
just a thought here but it may be a leaking air bag and the system cant maintain pressure for the correct ride height and the car is coming into contact with the bump stops

ok thanks rick, will take it to dealer for re setting . got to get it sorted hope fully that will do trick, thanks again for your thread.
