hi have just bought a p38 4.6 v8. need help with the cylinder numbers on it as not sure where cylinder no1 is ?
it has 4 coil packs on it behind the inlet manifold.
i have had the heads off it and have got the plug leads muddled up also not sure where number one cylinder is .
any help would be very gratefully recieved.

hi thanks for the quick response but have tried that set up and it still wont have it

you're doin it wrong then cos that the firing order of the V8

Yes, the coil packs have numbers on em so its pretty fool proof. Did it work before you stripped the heads?
