Has anyone had and fixed this over fueling problem it's had reconditioned injectors upgraded injector rail and new fuel pump new mass air flow sensor and crankcase filters

If it's only happening at 2k RPM, then there's no definite cure.
Search 2k Misfire, it's very common.

I have seen the video of the 2000rpm miss fire but mine isn't the same mine does rev High in the video he said his doesn't

Most of the time the culprit for the misfire is the EGR blank. Other times there is no explanation.
The engine runs better with EGR blanked is BS. Does not run better with egr blank, but runs better if the egr was kaputt and now blocked.
