Just watching wheeler dealers, as you do, and noticed a massive intercooler on a Sierra cosworth which got me thinking, if put in direct airflow and winter coming along, is it possible to over cool the turbo intake.

+ 2 as above. Icing up of the air intake only happens at extreme low temperatures such as with aircraft at high altitude.

If you think about it logically any air that has been through the turbo is always going to be warmer than the incoming ambient air temperature even after its been through the intercooler.
