As I done the blanking operation I'd like to know whether it's worth keeping the original? I just spotted one on a website going for over £200.

I keep everything, just in case it needs fitting one day. Who knows, it might be part of the MOT one day. It's doubtful, but not completely out of the question.

Always worth keeping, clean it out as above you may want to fit it again one day, or even gut it and make it into a bypass one,

Keep it - you may want to refit it for selling the Hippo some time in the future or for the MOT as Nodge said

Ebay ones are normally a bit less than 100 €uro

I like that, ive often thought about doing it to make it look standard

I'm liking that Arctic2. I have thought about making the EGR Valve into an OE looking blank. Now I need to work out how to do it.
