my mate has now got bored with his king cab pickup 90 hes just finished
and now wants to sell it and go back to a rr and bobtail it.

it has had new crossmember and quater chassis,full roll cage,35/13.50/15 tyres on genuine mach 5 rims,disco 200 tdi with 300 turbo,full stainless eggsauce...new front footwells,waxoil and schultz done to the underneath and chassis,tax/mot the list goes on..its a b reg

he wants between £4500=£5000...
i fink hes being a bit optimistic,but wot does you peeps fink

At that price, it won't sell - even though if you added up the receipts for what he's spent, its probably the figure. I guess if he wants to actually sell it, he'll need to lower the price, maybe £2500-3000? IDK?

If he puts it on fleabay he may get somewhere near they seem to be goin for silly money at the mo £2500 will get a pretty much standard 200tdi from the ones I have seen.

£3500 maybe?? Unless someone really really wants it. what you've spent is irrelevent when selling a used motor. & you never get ya money back.

On eBay with a decent listing I could very easily see that at £4k, with a top whack of £5k if you were lucky.

Firstly, hello. My first post here and all.

I'm looking to buy a 90 that's in good condition. I went to see one today, but found a patch of rot that I could get all my fingers in so.... hmm

Please forward the details and pics to me either through here or my email (should be in my profile?) as I'd be very interested to see more of that Defender!
